Alluna

AllunaWhat is Alluna?

Counting sheep?

When you can’t sleep it’s hard to concentrate on anything else. I’ll be the first to tell you, I can be a real witch when I haven’t gotten enough sleep! If you are like me, your job, relationships, and even your health suffer when you don’t get the rest you need.

But, what can you do to start sleeping better? Some sleeping pills are worth less then their fancy packaging, while others just try to knock you out with harsh drugs. Where is the middle ground? And how do you find it?

Alluna is a sleeping pill that claims to achieve that perfect balance between safety and effectiveness.

Alluna has been designed to allow your body to relax and drift off to sleep naturally. We all have a natural sleep cycle that sometimes just gets out of whack. Alluna claims to support that natural cycle, allowing you to get the deep, rejuvenating sleep you need.

Does Alluna really work? And, is it worth it?

Let’s find out a little bit more about Alluna.

Alluna Ingredients and Research

Alluna contains two active ingredients:

  • Valerian Root
  • Hops

Both of these ingredients have mild sedative properties, and may be able to help relieve stress, anxiety, and tension in your body.

On Alluna’s website it says the sleep aid has been the subject of eight medical studies, showing sleep support benefits. Unfortunately, Alluna doesn’t show us any of these studies, or tell us who preformed them.

Supposedly “even the busiest day can be followed by a relaxing night” with Alluna’s formula.  I’m not so sure. As far as sleep aids go, Alluna has a pretty weak formula.

Alluna Side Effects

While there are no side effects listed on the Alluna site, Valerian Root supplements can cause:

  • Grogginess or hangover feeling
  • Stomachache
  • Depression
  • Dizziness

Alluna Price and Return Policy

Alluna is pretty inexpensive, with a 28-day supply of the sleep aid ringing up at $12.95.  But that doesn’t mean you should run right out and buy the sleep aid. The problem is, you aren’t getting much with Alluna. The formula is pretty weak and doesn’t really address bigger issues that may be causing your insomnia.

Now onto Alluna’s return policy. You can only return Alluna if it is unopened. There is no money back guarantee on the sleep aid.

My confidence in Alluna was already pretty low, but combine that with their lack of a guarantee or money back offer, and it gets even lower. I don’t like risking my money, especially when a company won’t risk any of theirs.

Alluna Bottom Line

Alluna is not a terrible sleeping pill, but as you can see it isn’t the best. Sure, Alluna may be great for someone who just needs a little help relaxing, but if you are frequently dealing with sleepless nights, this isn’t the sleep aid for you.

Alluna didn’t make the cut, but I have found great sleeping pills that really work. Check out the best sleeping aids below!
